To promote Lloyds TSB’s new mobile banking service, we used a giant mobile phone to disrupt people from their routine. Their attention well and truly grabbed, brand ambassadors educated people about the key benefits of the service. The result was a 108% uplift in Mobile Banking sign-ups against target and an incredible 462% uplift in Overseas Transaction Alert registrations.
