Our Fresh Meat grad scheme works with renowned advertising colleges to bring in some of the UK’s most exciting raw talent, aged 18 years+. We nurture our youngsters into fully fledged, BC-grade stock, bringing a commerciality to their creativity that gets awards juries’ mouths watering, and that gets results.
