With the launch of the new Domestos Total Blast Toilet Gel, a digital campaign was needed to educate consumers about its cleaning powers and encourage them to buy the product. Using the infamous Domestos germs, we created a ‘sabotage’ campaign with the germs attempting to prevent consumers from finding out about Total Blast. We reached consumers on popular sites where they were already online by using animated banners.

Results Matter

The campaign delivered 48.2 million impressions and nearly 20 million unique users, and exceeded all KPIs for ad impacts by an average of 44%. The campaign as a whole drove 132,263 clicks through to the Domestos website, and a competition that was running on the main site received more than 20,000 entries.
