In an extremely price-driven laundry market, we wanted to get users of competitor dilute liquid to try and switch to Surf concentrated liquid. We identified 2 key targets to which we sent a tailored DM piece with a money-off coupon and fragrance element, key to the brand. Redemptions soared to almost 20%, resulting in a significant sales uplift for the featured Surf Small & Mighty products.
