Orange needed to increase retention and usage amongst key 16-24 year old Pay As You Go customers. Our Bright Top Ups campaign rewarded repeat behaviour by offering a prize for every 1 in 3 top ups made. So far, there have been nearly 15 million winners in the first 6 months of the campaign.
